I appreciate your efforts on the subject but can we have a better understanding of what or who is standing between expanded drilling in the US and favorable incentives. Can we promote tax breaks for US production and exploration so we can promote US oil as apposed to foreign oil. I am of the belief that if we place incentives to develop oil reserves here in Texas it benefits all of CD 7. I say the incentives should at least mirror incentives for the wind industry. John,
